At toctoctocLisboa, we’re more than just a boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon — we’re a little universe made of cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, Portuguese sunshine and an unbeatable team that makes everything tick-tock just right. Think Wes Anderson meets Mediterranean vibes… with a dash of Croatian flair and a LOT of personality.

So, allow us to introduce the heartbeat of our beloved hotel.

🧘‍♀️ Inga – The Temple Keeper

Manager. Maestro. Magician of organization. Inga is the force who keeps everything flowing like a perfectly brewed cup of espresso. Calm, cool, collected — but make no mistake, she’s the high priestess of Toctoctoc. If this hotel were a ship, Inga would be the captain and not a single wave could shake her.

Fun fact: She might actually be able to levitate. We’re not 100% sure.

✨ Pascale & Olivier – The Dream-Makers

The visionaries. The storytellers. The founders. For five beautiful years, Pascale and Olivier have poured their hearts into ToctoctocLisboa, crafting a space that feels less like a hotel and more like a hug with really good Wi-Fi. Every detail, every story, every plant in our garden has a bit of their love woven in.

Fun fact: They have better taste than your Pinterest board.

🐶 And Finally… Polette – The Real Boss

Fluffy, friendly and always fabulous — Polette is our chief greeter, tail-wagger and emotional support superstar. She doesn’t speak, but her eyes say, “Welcome, I already love you.” Whether you’re checking in, having breakfast or just existing nearby — she’ll be there, stealing hearts.

Fun fact: She’s convinced the hotel was built for her. And honestly? Same.

🌊 Ana (Intern) – The Croatian Cool Breeze

She came, she saw, she interned — and she brought a wave of Croatian creativity with her. Ana is full of fresh ideas, bright energy and a passion for hospitality that makes us feel like every day is a Mediterranean summer.

Fun fact: She can spot the one crooked frame in a room full of art from ten meters away — her superpower is aesthetic x-ray vision.

🪄 Paula – Designer by Day, Sales Whisperer by Night

Interior designer with impeccable taste and a sixth sense for colors, textures and turning any corner into an Instagrammable moment. But wait — Paula also wears the hat of sales and communication like it’s Chanel. She doesn’t just sell the dream; she creates it.

Fun fact: Paula’s hospitality superpower is making every guest feel like they’re in their best friend’s living room — cozy, comfortable and totally at home.

😂 Ana Paula – Portugal’s National Treasure

Kindness level: Olympic gold medalist. Humor level: stand-up comedian on vacation. Ana Paula is the soul of hospitality and the walking encyclopedia of Portuguese charm. You’ll leave Lisbon knowing more about the city, its people and the best local pastries — and probably with a few new jokes.

Fun fact: Ana Paula’s laughter is so contagious that even the plants in the lobby seem to perk up when she’s around. It’s impossible not to smile when she’s near!

☀️ Fernanda & Cintia – The Breakfast Duo from Heaven

They don’t just make breakfast — they create edible poetry. Fernanda and Cintia are the rays of sunshine that flood your morning with warmth, joy and enough deliciousness to make you question why you ever ate cereal at home.

Fun fact: They are responsible for 94.6% of our guests taking photos of their plates before eating. 

✨ Leyde – The Queen of Clean

With a precision that would make Marie Kondo weep tears of joy, Leyde transforms every room into a spotless masterpiece. She doesn’t clean — she curates calm. Your cozy sanctuary? That’s all Leyde.

Fun fact: If cleanliness were an Olympic sport, she'd have retired with 12 gold medals and a Netflix documentary.

💃 Valeria – The Dancing Dream-Maker

A force of nature with a mop in one hand and rhythm in her soul, Valeria brings sparkle to every room — literally and figuratively. Partnering with Leyde, they’re the dynamic duo of clean perfection, but don’t be surprised if you catch Valeria twirling through the hallway like she’s on stage.

Fun fact: If cleanliness had a soundtrack, Valeria would be choreographing it. She can turn tidying up into a full-blown performance — and still leave the place spotless.

🔧 Giovanni – The Lone Gentleman

The only man in the team, Giovanni is our Mr. Fix-It-All — and also the calm eye in our storm of feminine fabulousness. From squeaky hinges to mysterious light switches, Giovanni keeps toctoctocLisboa running smoother than a Lisbon tram on a sunny day.

Fun fact: We suspect he’s secretly a wizard. Things just… work when he’s around.
